18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists grade physical status I–III; (2) age between 18 and 65 years; (3) body mass index between 18 and 30 kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of abuse or long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; (2) cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders that prevent participation; (3) preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score>= 7 points; (4) patients were unable to complete the entire intervention process or follow-up; (5) infection, damage, or hematoma of the skin at the puncture site; (6) abnormal adrenal cortical function; (7) photoallergy; (8) external uncontrollable factors such as sample contamination.
