Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the recovery/sequelae phase of stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019) or the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2023), have a disease course of more than 1 month, and have stable conditions; 2.Age 18 and above; 3.First onset, lower limb muscle strength level III or above; 4.Brunnstrom staging lower limb stage III or above; 5.Can walk independently, with crutches or AFO on; 6.MMSE>15 points, able to cooperate in completing cognitive and gait assessments; 7.Can sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable vital signs; 2.Serious organ diseases such as heart, lung, kidney, liver, etc; 3.Limb dysfunction before brain lesions; 4.Abnormal posture control caused by other reasons such as vestibular system disorders, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal disorders, etc; 5.Severe cognitive impairment, severe aphasia, severe depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessments.
