Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years old; 2.Abdominal CT scan was performed within 3 months before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgical intervention; 2. Metastasis or recurrence of liver cancer; 3. Loss to follow-up or inability to obtain follow-up outcomes; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. Poor quality of CT images (including significant artifacts and extreme patient emaciation leading to unclear delineation between muscle and adipose tissue, etc.); 6. Absence of lower abdominal CT scans; 7. Imaging data for the spleen could not be obtained post-splenectomy; 8. Patients with secondary liver malignancies resulting from metastasis.
