Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as IBD based on the diagnostic criteria recommended by the WHO in 2010.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. (1) Presence of severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematologic system disorders, as well as psychiatric disorders and other serious conditions affecting quality of life. (2) Risk of bleeding (abnormal coagulation function or platelet issues).
