Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 60 years old who undergo elective PCNL or FURL treatment for kidney stones under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 2.Complete anesthesia and surgical records are available; 3.Complete clinical symptoms, signs, and laboratory tests are available; 4.There are detailed disease course records, postoperative complication registration and management records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical data; 2.Patients with combined dysfunction of other important organs, including liver dysfunction (Child grade C); Abnormal renal function (CKD4, CKD5); Cardiac dysfunction (NYHA = III), respiratory failure, idiopathic pulmonary hypertension; Patients with severe anemia (hemoglobin<60g/L) and hematological disorders. 3.Patients with a history of heart, large vessel, and lung surgeries; 4.Patients who experienced shock and critical condition during their hospitalization;
