Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cardia gastric cancer who underwent preoperative endoscopic ultrasound followed by gastrectomy and lymph node dissection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University between January 2015 and December 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with distant metastasis; 2.Patients with cardia gastric cancer who are unable to perform or undergo surgery; 3.Patients with cardia gastric cancer receiving preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.Patients who refused surgery because histopathology could not confirm TN staging;
