Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for pneumonia; 3. Undergoes tNGS or traditional pathogen detection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age under 18 years; (2) Non-pulmonary infection patients; (3) No pathogen detection performed.
