18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2.Liver transplantation was recently proposed for various causes, such as liver failure, cirrhosis, and liver cancer; 3.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Left ventricular systolic function was decreased (ejection fraction LT; 45%) ; 2.Decreased right ventricular function and/or significant right ventricular dilatation; 3.Severe pulmonary hypertension (PASP)=35mmHg; 4.Severe structural valve abnormalities that cannot be improved by treatment (aortic stenosis/regurgitation, mitral stenosis/regurgitation, tricuspid stenosis/regurgitation); 5.Severe coronary artery disease that does not improve with treatment; 6.Carotid artery disease with symptoms; 7.Combined with refractory extrhepatic malignancy; 8.Complicating hard-to-control infections (including bacterial, fungal, and viral infections).
