Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 60 years of age undergoing THA; 2.The ASA grade is II~III; 3.Complete medical records; 4.Patients and their families are aware of this study and have signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People who have coagulation dysfunction or are using anticoagulant drugs; 2.Combined with a history of neurological disease or neurological injury; 3.There are serious heart and lung diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.People who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or have a history of analgesic drugs or alcohol abuse; 5.The nerve block site has infection or skin damage;
