Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM formulated by the Chinese T2DM Prevention and Control Guidelines (2020 Edition); 2. Age of onset<=40 years; 3. BMI is 25.0-29.9kg/m^2. Control group: 1. No history of diabetes; 2. Normal fasting blood glucose (FPG); 3. BMI of 18.5-23.9kg/m^2; 4. No family history of diabetes; 5. Those who have no abnormalities in the results of physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1.1 type diabetes; 2. Inflammation, tumors, ulcers and other intestinal organic diseases; 3. History of tumor; 4. Have used steroid hormones, antibiotics, Chinese herbal medicines, probiotics, proton pump inhibitors, antispasmodics and weight-loss related drugs within 3 months before specimen collection; 5. Mental illness; 6. Abdominal surgery within 6 months prior to specimen collection; 7. Pregnant and lactating women. Control group: 1. History of tumor; 2. Have used steroid hormones, antibiotics, Chinese herbal medicines, probiotics, proton pump inhibitors, antispasmodics and weight-loss related drugs within 3 months before specimen collection; 3. Psychiatric diseases; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
