Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Using the Structured Interview for Prodromal Syndromes (SIPS) ?13, meeting the diagnostic category of Psychosis Risk Syndrome; 2. Or meeting the inclusion criteria for at least one of the following three groups within the past year: ?subthreshold manic symptoms?, ?depressive symptoms with cyclothymic traits?, or ?depressive symptoms with genetic risk? ?; Inclusion criteria for high-risk group for schizophrenia: 12-19 years old, male or female, right-handed, using a structured interview with prodromal syndrome, if the subject meets the following three diagnostic categories of psychotic risk syndrome, it will be included: transient intermittent psychotic risk syndrome; mild positive symptom syndrome; Genetic risk and functional deterioration syndrome; Signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria for high-risk group for bipolar disorder: 12-19 years old, male or female, right-handed, meeting the diagnostic criteria for BD or major depressive disorder (MDD) not specified in the DSM-5 criteria; At least 1 first- or second-degree relative with a history of BD-I or BDII; A Hypomanic Scale (YMRS) score greater than 11 within the past year or a Children's Depression Rating Scale (CDRSR) score greater than 29 in the last two weeks indicates at least moderate current mood symptoms. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or previous diagnosis of ?delirium,dementia?, ?cognitive disorders?,intellectual developmental disorder, mental disorders due to physical illnesses? or ?substance-induced mental disorders?, history of ?head trauma, et al. 2. History of ?alcohol and/or drug abuse/dependence??; 3. Presence of ?severe or unstable physical illnesses??; 4.? IQ <= 70; 5. Vision or hearing impairments? affecting study participation.
