18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 150 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic lung resection surgery in our hospital from April to October 2025 were selected as the study subjects: 1. diagnosed with lung cancer through pathological biopsy and meeting the indications for thoracoscopic lobectomy of lung lobes and sub lobes; 2. ASA classification is level I or III; 3.BMI 18–30kg/m^2; 4. Age range from 18 to 70 years old; 5. Successfully completed the surgery and regained consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infections in the blocked area; 2. Patients with a history of opioid abuse; 3. Patients with chronic pain or cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia.
