Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 200 patients with elective cesarean section were selected for full-term singleton delivery. ASA Class II~ III; With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of this hospital, the mother voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia (e.g., coagulation abnormalities, puncture site infection, allergy to local anesthetic drugs used, unexplained neurological symptoms; Significant spinal deformity, trauma, and history of previous spinal surgery; those who are unable to cooperate with cognitive dysfunction); placenta previa; gestational hypertension; more or less amniotic fluid; The incision is a vertical incision, etc.
