Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. satisfied OSA diagnosis criteria based on DSM-V: polysomnography (PSG) measured apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) >= 15 events/hour or PSG measured AHI >= 5 events/hour combined with OSA related symptoms, such as snoring, choking, apean during sleep or daytime sleepiness; 2. satisfied insomnia disorder diagnosis criteria based on DSM-V; 3. Aged 18-75 years old; 4. Have not received OSA-related treatment in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from serious physical diseases: such as heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, epilepsy, etc.; 2. serious mental disorders: such as major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, etc.); 3. sleep-related limb movement disorders (e.g. based on the PSG, periodic limb movement index, PLMI >= 15 beats/hour); 4. other sleep disorders (e.g. narcolepsy, REM sleep behavioural disorders, sleepwalking, etc.); 5. those who are required to work at night shifts; 6.women during pregnancy or lactation.
