Interventions

Experimental group:Enter the room: infusion of dexmedetomidine 0.4-0.6 µ g/kg dissolved in 100ml normal saline within 15-20min Postoperative analgesia pump: sufentanil 1.5 µ g/kg+ dexketofen trometham
Control group:Enter the room: receive an equal volume of 100ml normal saline within 15-20min Postoperative analgesia pump: sufentanil 1.5 µ g/kg+ dexketofen tromethamine injection 200mg+ panosetron 0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. be fully informed and sign the informed consent before starting the test 2. patients scheduled for hemorrhoidectomy 3. age 18-64 4. BMI 18.5-34kg/m2 5. ASA I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. dexmedetomidine allergy 2. psychiatric history 3. recently used narcotic, psychiatric and sleeping drugs 4. cognitive impairment or not understanding the content of the rating scale 5. the preoperative score of the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) at home was >6 points 6. bradycardia, first degree atrioventricular block, second degree atrioventricular block, etc
