Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, non-fluent aphasia with upper limb and hand motor dysfunction as determined by the Western Aphasia Test Kit (WAB) score; 2. First onset, single lesion, and course of disease within 1-3 months; 3.Primary school or above education, right-handed; 4. Mother tongue is Chinese, pre-onset language function is normal; 5. Patients and their families gave informed consent to this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Impairment of consciousness, vision, hearing and severe cognitive impairment affected the upper limb and language function evaluators; 2. Patients with malignant tumor, severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.A history of epilepsy, neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4. Unwilling or unable to cooperate with treatment; 5.Illiterates, pregnant women and children; 6. Implanted electronic devices such as cardiac pacemakers; 7 .Metal implants in the intracranial or treatment area; 8. Local skin damage or bleeding tendency; 9. Hyperalgesia in the stimulation area; 10. Cranial defect.
