Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients in the spasm group and the non-spasm group were confirmed to have subarachnoid hemorrhage by head CT or lumbar cone puncture ; ( 2 ) Patients in the spasm group and the non-spasm group were diagnosed with intracranial aneurysms by DSA within 24 hours of admission, and successfully performed at the same time. Interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms ; ( 3 ) Other patients who need lumbar puncture to check cerebrospinal fluid but without subarachnoid hemorrhage ; ( 4 ) In the control group, no subarachnoid hemorrhage was confirmed by cranial CT or lumbar cone puncture, or no vasospasm and vascular stenosis were found by DSA ; ( 5 ) Hemorrhagic patients with mild disturbance of consciousness, no obvious or only mild focal neurological dysfunction, Hunt-Hess grade. Grade I-III ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Traumatic or unexplained subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by non-aneurysmal rupture ; ( 2 ) The Hunt-Hess grade of critical illness was IV-V. ( 3 ) Have serious complications or other systemic diseases. ( 4 ) Have a history of vascular disease ( internal carotid artery stenosis, moyamoya disease, etc. ) ;
