Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with stable coronary heart disease and no serious complications after PCI judged by doctors; 2. According to the "Chinese Guidelines for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention (2018)", patients who were classified as low-risk in the exercise rehabilitation risk stratification assessment; 3.patients and their family members were willing to actively cooperate with exercise rehabilitation treatment; 4. age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those with mental illness or severe neurological dysfunction affecting assessment or method implementation; 2. those with limb dysfunction or disability affect the evaluation of intervention effect; 3. severe listening, speaking, reading, writing and cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the investigation, answer and understand the intervention measures; 4. patients with severe liver and kidney function diseases or other serious chronic diseases.
