Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment group: 1.cognitive impairment patients aged >=50 years;2.able to cooperate in completing relevant index tests;3.voluntarily signing informed consent form for relevant research.·; Normal cognitive function group: age >=50; no self-reported or other-reported memory or cognitive impairment, and MoCA (Beijing version) total score >=24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment, or accompanied by severe vision, hearing loss can not cooperate with the completion of the examination; 2. Complicated with other diseases affecting muscles (such as malignant tumor, renal failure, recent surgery); 3. Serious complications and unstable vital signs; 4. Cardiac pacemakers and metal implants; 5. Mental illness or disability; 6. Incomplete case data.
