Sufentanil group:Maintenance of anesthesia during operation: sevoflurane + single injection of sufentanil.
Esketamine group:Maintenance of anesthesia: sevoflurane + single injection of sufentanil + low-dose pump injection of esketamine.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=65 years old; 2.ASA grade I-III; 3.The patient agrees and signs a written informed consent. 4.Preoperative Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score>=24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade >=?; 2.The infection was severe before operation (WBC > 100×10^9 or C-reactive protein >=100mg/L); 3.History of brain trauma; Patients who could not be extubated after operation and needed to be admitted to ICU for further treatment; 4.Patients are known to be allergic to esketamine , propofol, sufentanil , ephedrine and other active ingredients or excipients of intraoperative drugs; 5.Patients with contraindication for any of the following: serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure, high IOP or penetrating ocular trauma, and untreated or poorly treated hyperthyroidism; 6.Those who have not received basic education or are mentally disabled; 7.The patient has not signed a written informed consent or does not accept to be included in this study.
