Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset or past onset without significant sequelae (pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale score (mRS)=10 points and <27 points); 5. age between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old); 6. understand the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pacemakers, cochlear implants or other metal foreign bodies and any electronic equipment implanted in the body, such as contraindications to TMS treatment; 2. Cognitive dysfunction caused by diseases other than stroke, such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and acquired brain injury (TBI), which have been clearly diagnosed before stroke; 3. Clinically diagnosed with severe anxiety/depression or affective disorder, taking antidepressants or psychostimulants; 4. severe aphasia, unable to cooperate with the completion of cognitive function assessment; 5. in the acute stage of various systemic diseases, and the condition is life-threatening; 6. Previous brain disease, such as brain tumor, brain trauma, skull defect and epilepsy within 1 month; 7. Other abnormal conditions that the investigator determines do not meet the test conditions, such as pregnancy; 8. is participating in other clinical research trials; 9. Transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy has been performed within the past 1 month.
