Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic retinopathy group Patients admitted for treatment for diabetic retinopathy: 1.1 Age>=18 years old; 1.2 Clinically diagnosed patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; 1.3 Patients diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy by scanning laser fundus and fluorescein fundus angiography; 1.4 Patients with indications of vitrectomy surgery. 2. Control Group Patients admitted to hospital for treatment of macular hole: 2.1 Age >=18 years old; 2.2 Macular hole was confirmed by OCT, scanning laser fundus and fluorescein fundus angiography. 2.3 Patients with indications for vitrectomy surgery. 2.4 no diabetic patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic retinopathy group 1.1 Intravitreal drug injection, laser photocoagulation, vitrectomy and other intraocular surgery; 1.2 Complicated with other eye diseases, such as retinal vein obstruction, uveitis, glaucoma, eye trauma, etc.; 1.3 Unstable blood glucose control: Hba1c was greater than 7.0% on admission. 1.4 Combined with other serious diseases and other systemic diseases, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cerebral infarction, critical hypertension (180/120 mmHg), diabetic nephropathy with renal failure or malignant tumors. 2. Control Group 2.1 Intravitreal drug injection, laser photocoagulation, vitrectomy and other intraocular surgery; 2.2 Patients diagnosed with DR By OCT, scanning laser fundus and fluorescein fundus angiography; 2.3 Combined with other fundus lesions, such as central retinal vein obstruction. 2.4 Combined with other serious diseases and other systemic diseases, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cerebral infarction, critical hypertension (180/120 mmHg), diabetic nephropathy with renal failure or malignant tumors.
