Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery; 2. Children aged 1day -6 years old; 3. ASA Grade I-II; 4. The patient's family or guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA>Grade II or hemodynamic instability; 2. Premature infants and low birth weight infants; Obese or overweight children; 3. Children with recent pneumonia, pulmonary infection, reflux and aspiration (within one month); 4. Patients with bloating or obvious lung, heart, or chest wall diseases; 5. The child's family or guardian refuses to sign the informed consent form.
