17 Years to 83 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No surgical contraindications, first diagnosed and received treatment at our institution; 2.Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed as various types of uterine sarcoma or uterine leiomyoma; 3.Detailed peripheral blood test results available within one week preoperatively; 4.Completion of the full treatment protocol; 5.Minimum of one follow-up visit with survival outcome documentation; 6.Complete clinical documentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of concurrent malignancies during the study period; 2.Autoimmune diseases or severe infectious diseases that may interfere with patient participation or outcome evaluation; 3.Any unstable medical condition or comorbidity that could jeopardize patient safety or compliance with the study protocol; 4.Participation in other biomedical research studies or receipt of experimental therapies within the past 30 days; 5.Patients lost to follow-up without justification or failing to complete required follow-up assessments.
