Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To explore whether the irrigation treatment of ambroxol solution through the opening of salivary gland duct can improve the symptoms of xerostomia promote saliva secretion in patients with Sjögren's syndrome for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of patients with hypertension, diabetes, acute salivary gland infection and previous radiotherapy of the head and neck; exclusion of subjects included in ambroxol group who had previously experienced an allergic reaction or other adverse reactions to the drug.
