Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part II: Adolescent patients aged 12-18 years; 2. The duration of medical visit or hospitalization is between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2023; 3. Outpatients and inpatients are diagnosed as psychiatric and behavioural disorders by a psychiatrist according to the criteria of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (10th Revision) (ICD-10) with ICD-10 codes F10-F99; Part III: 1.Adolescent patients aged 12 to 18 years; 2.Outpatients or inpatients diagnosed by qualified psychiatrists using the Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia – Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL), meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5),and identified as stage 1b using the clinical staging model; 3.The patient and their legal guardian (if applicable) provide informed consent to participate in the study; 4.The participant is able to engage in regular follow-up and assessments during the study period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part II: 1. Diagnosis of organic (including symptomatic) psychiatric disorder with ICD-10 code F00-F10; 2. Serious lack of clinical data, such as lack of patient identification number. Part III: 1.Presence of severe physical illness or disorder that may interfere with the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders (e.g., cancer, major cardiovascular disease); 2.Severe cognitive impairment or intellectual disability that would prevent participation in study procedures and follow-up assessments; 3.History of substance abuse or addiction within 6 months prior to enrollment; 4.Currently experiencing acute psychiatric instability requiring hospitalization or emergency intervention; 5.Anticipated inability to attend regular follow-up visits or complete study assessments (e.g., long-term residence outside the study region, frequent changes in contact information); 6.Involvement in legal or ethical issues, such as incarceration or lack of consent from a legal guardian;
