Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. Provide written informed consent and voluntarily agree to receive postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) treatment; 3. Undergo elective abdominal surgery, including operations on the stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, appendix, kidney, ureter, or bladder; 4. Be classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III; 5. Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m^2; 6.The anticipated duration of surgery is between 1 and 5 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known contraindications or hypersensitivity to µ-opioid agonists, hydrochloride oxycodone, or any other components of the medication; 2. Patients with a history of chronic pain and its management; 3. Patients with a history of difficult airway management or delayed extubation; 4. Patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment; 5. Patients with psychiatric disorders; 6. Patients requiring emergency surgery or secondary emergency procedures; 7.Pregnant and lactating women .
