Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients proposed for laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade of I to II; 3. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, steroid therapy; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (glycated hemoglobin > 8%); 3. The use of opioids, sedatives or any analgesic within the week prior to surgery; 4. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. Preoperative diagnosis of acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, choledochal stone or gallbladder cancer;Laparoscopic intermediate open surgery patients.
