Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.After the surgery, the patient was transferred to our department with an endotracheal tube. After extubation, non-invasive ventilator assistance was required for breathing. 2.The vital signs were basically stable; age > 18 years old and < 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are contraindications for treatment (such as untreated neurosis, pneumothorax, organ transplantation, spinal surgery, including posterior approach, minimally invasive or minimally invasive "endoscopic" surgery, unstable trachea and larynx, etc.) 2.Those who refuse to participate in this study or cannot tolerate during the treatment process.
