Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria for stroke as confirmed by clinical evaluation and imaging studies (specifically, head CT or MRI). 2. The patient's vital signs are stable. 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. Unilateral hemispheric lesion; 5. Brunnstrom stages of upper and lower limbs were 3-5; 6. Patients with first onset and plateau; 7. Patients and their families were informed of the purpose of the study and informed consent was signed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any illness that interferes with training in this program (other than stroke); 2. Wear a pacemaker or other implantable electronic device; 3. There are serious cardiovascular system diseases, or lung, liver, kidney insufficiency; 4. Take psychotropic drugs; 5. Heart rate below 60 beat/min; 6. In addition to hemiplegia caused by stroke, he has other limb function and movement disorders; 7. Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity; 8. Aphasia or significant cognitive impairment prior to stroke (by asking family members); 9. The Pain Numeric Rating Scale was used with a pain rating of >=7;
