Interventions

Conventional drug treatment group:Patients were routinely given budesonide nasal spray and oral antihistamine loratadine or leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast.
Acupuncture treatment group for sphenopalatine ganglion:Acupuncture treatment of sphenopalatine ganglion.
Ultrasound assisted guided acupuncture of the sphenopalatine ganglion treatment group:Ultrasound assisted guided acupuncture treatment of the sphenopalatine ganglion.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis who came to Shaoxing Second Hospital and Zhuji Second People's Hospital for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe and critical systemic and mental illnesses; 2.Individuals who have recently undergone various nasal surgeries or have anatomical abnormalities in craniofacial and nasal structures; 3.Individuals with other respiratory system diseases within 2 weeks; 4.Individuals with bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 5.Patients who have used steroids, antihistamines, antihistamines, antibiotics, decongestants, etc. within one week; 6.Those who are allergic to acupuncture and moxibustion needles, afraid of acupuncture treatment, highly nervous or prone to faintness; 7.Those who cannot understand or cooperate in completing the assessment scale, and those who do not provide truthful information.
