Age

30 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age> 18 years, being able and willing to cooperate with specimen collection; 2.Type 2 diabetes mellitus was diagnosed according to the American Diabetes Association criteria in 2019; 3.EMG suggesting multiple peripheral neuropathy, patients having associated symptoms, and meeting the MNSI and TCSS scoring table criteria 4.All patients signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, and malignant tumor; 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 3.Gastrointestinal and other digestive tract diseases; 4. Other endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism; 5. Take drugs that affect the peripheral nerves; 6. Long-term history of alcohol drinking and smoking; 7. Infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and viral hepatitis.
