Intervention group:Menstrual D2-D3 one month before the patients in-week stimulation began to make the main intervention: pretreatment with long-acting growth hormone (Kinsazone) 18 IU once a week.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile women planning to undergo IVF/ICSI for the first time. 2. Age 35-42 years old. 3. Have not used GH in the past 2 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.AMH < 0.2ng/mL. 2.The patient is unable or unwilling to participate in the trial. 3.Patients with diseases that prohibit the use of GH, such as diabetes, serious systemic infections, active tumors, active intracranial injuries, pregnancy status, etc. 4.Participate in other clinical studies at the same time.
