Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Among the patients aged 12-18 years old, both the patients themselves and their guardians were able to understand and sign the written informed consent form. UHR-BD patients were identified through K-SADS and BPSS-P screening. 2.The sub-threshold mania group met the following criteria: abnormal and persistently elevated emotions for 2 to 4 consecutive days, accompanied by at least 2 of the following: (1) inflated self-esteem or arrogance, (2) reduced sleep requirements, (3) more talkative than usual or having an urge to continue talking, (4) racing thoughts or subjective experiences, (5) inattention, (6) increased goal-directed activities (social, work or sexual) or psychomotor agitation. 3.The specific depressive symptom and circadian rhythm characteristic group meets the following criteria: The specific depressive symptoms meet the following criteria: lasting for at least one week with depressive mood or loss of interest or pleasure, accompanied by at least two of the following: (1) significant weight loss, (2) almost daily insomnia or excessive sleepiness, (3) psychomotor retardation or agitation, (4) fatigue or loss of energy, (5) feeling worthless or excessive or inappropriate guilt, (6) decline in thinking or concentration ability, (7) recurrent thoughts of death and/or recurrent suicidal thoughts; The circadian rhythm characteristic group meets the following criteria: Circadian rhythm mood disorder is defined as multiple episodes of subthreshold manic symptoms that do not meet the criteria of the subthreshold manic group and multiple episodes of depressive symptoms. 4.Depression and Genetic Risk Group: Depression is the same as Group 2; genetic risk is defined as first-degree relatives of bipolar disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable clinical symptoms and inability to complete the assessment; 2. Previous existence of other mental disorders diagnosed by DSM-5 axis I except depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, somatic symptoms and related disorders; 3. Have a history of severe neurological diseases, traumatic brain injury, and major physical diseases; 4. IQ below the normal range; 5. Refuse to collect information from this study;
