18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed biliary stricture by imaging and lab tests, and indication for peroral cholangioscopy, 2. Aged 18-80 years, 3. Written informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to endoscopic procedures; 2. Unable to discontinue anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs; 3. Evidence of distant or lymph node metastasis on preoperative exam; 4. Declined enrollment or written informed consent; 5. Other situations where the endoscopist deems enrollment unsuitable.
