Interventions

EPA fish oil group:Participants consumed 3 grams of high-purity EPA fish oil per day for four weeks of the intervention, while consuming other EPA-rich foods (e.g., deep-sea fish, etc.) no more than t
Corn oil group:Participants will receive 3 grams of corn oil per day for four weeks of the intervention, while consuming other EPA-rich foods (e.g., deep-sea fish, etc.) no more than two times per wee
High temperature ozone chamber exposure group:All 48 participants will expose to a combination of 32°C, 200 ppb ozone for 2 hours.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between the ages of 18-50; 2. In good health, no medically diagnosed cardiopulmonary metabolic diseases and their risk factors, such as hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, obesity, asthma, COPD, etc.; 3. Male: Female = 1:1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who eat EPA-rich fish (such as salmon and mackerel) >=2 times a week; 2. Smokers or those who have quit smoking for less than 3 years; 3. Those who are trying to get pregnant, pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Those who have had major surgery in the past 5 years; 5. BMI>=37.5 or BMI<18.5; 6. Those who are unable to collect blood; 7. Those who are unable to sign the informed consent form; 8. Recent (past 1 month) use of omega-3 fatty acid supplements, antioxidants (such as vitamin C, vitamin E, ß-carotene, selenium, etc.), ß-receptor blockers or anti-inflammatory drugs; 9. Those who are allergic to EPA; 10. Those who are allergic to pollen; 11. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 12. There are objective circumstances that are inconvenient to participate in this study.
