Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were registered nurses employed in inpatient departments, with a minimum of one year of clinical practice, who provided written informed consent prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses currently on extended leave (>30 days) for medical, maternity, or educational purposes;Non-affiliated personnel including visiting trainees and student interns.
