Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years old with multiple warts of hands and feet caused by HPV infection (number of warts >=5) who have received any treatment or combination treatment such as liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, laser therapy or local injection therapy for at least 3 times in the past, and whose rash still does not subside significantly or relapsed were treated with 5% imiquimote cream.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Received local or systemic immunotherapy (including thermotherapy) or topical imiquimod cream within the past three months; 2.Physical therapy such as liquid nitrogen freezing within the past month; 3.Severely immunosuppressed patients (such as those with HIV infection, organ or bone marrow transplantation); 4.Patients with concurrent systemic use of immunosuppressants such as glucocorticoids.
