18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the clinical diagnosis of simple gallbladder stone/polyp (with or without gallbladder bulge lesions, no malignant performance). 2. no history of acute cholecystitis in the past 3 months (no gallbladder wall thickening or gallbladder atrophy by B-ultrasound and other imaging examinations). 3. agree to laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 4. BMI:20-27kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cardiopulmonary disease, intolerance to laparoscopic surgery. 2. refusal of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. 3. previous history of abdominal surgery and abdominal inflammation. 4. The possibility of scar constitution of immediate family members and patients. 5. Malignant and other diseases may occur in the gallbladder and biliary system. 6. combined with other abdominal diseases requiring surgery. 7. gallbladder preservation surgery was planned. 8. Subjects with abdominal metal implants.
