Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with aortic dissection and undergoing surgical treatment 2. Patient age >= 60 years old 3. Record the occurrence of ARDS within 7 days after surgery, and the diagnostic criteria must comply with the global new definition of acute respiratory distress syndrome in 2023. 4. Mild oxygenation index 200mmHg = 5cmH2O; Moderate 100mmHg = 5cmH2O; Severe PaO2/FiO2 = 5cmH2O.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having congenital heart disease, severe heart failure (NYHA grade >= III) before surgery, and acute myocardial infarction; 2. Preoperative diagnosis of serious lung diseases: silicosis, pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary ventilation disorder, lung cancer, interstitial pneumonia; 3. During the perioperative period, intra aortic balloon pump (IABP) and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) were used; 4. The clinical data is incomplete.
