Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who had their first left ear blockade with successful surgery in our hospital; 2.patients with complete general clinical data, laboratory tests, and imaging data; 3.those who had regular outpatient or cloud outpatient follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with a history of severe congenital heart malformations, moderate or severe heart valve disease, congenital coronary artery disease, and other serious cardiac and vascular diseases; 2.people with a history of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, and other diseases that cause interference with the relevant laboratory and imaging indexes; 3. patients with lost visits.
