Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2. Permanent residents who have actually lived in the current community for more than half a year; 3. Those who are conscious, able to communicate normally, and have the ability to act; 4. Obtain the informed consent of the respondent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed psychiatric or neurological diseases (such as dementia); 2. Patients with severe and terminal diseases and other patients who are unable to complete the investigation; 3. Incapacitated; 4. Explicit refusal and non-cooperation with those who participate in the survey.
