Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.less than 18 years old. 2.The child was diagnosed with IgA vasculitis without the presence of other severe systemic diseases. 3.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing an informed consent or having a guardian sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Purpura accompanied by thrombocytopenia, defined as a platelet count below 100×10? /L. 2.There are any other autoimmune diseases such as SLE, RA, ANCA-related vasculitis, inflammatory bowel disease and immunodeficiency diseases. 3.Presence of other congenital cardiovascular diseases, hematological disorders, and tumors, etc;
