Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 . female, 20=50 years; 2. repeated miscarriages (>=2 spontaneous miscarriages); 3. repeated transfer failures (>=3 transfers or cumulative transfers of >= 4-6 high-quality embryos or>=3 highly rated blastocysts still not implanted); fulfillment of 1 is required to satisfy any of 2 and 3 at the same time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse; 2. abnormalities in the uterine cavity (e.g., fibroids pressing on the uterine cavity, endometrial polyps, etc.); 3. endocrine or autoimmune diseases (e.g., diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 4. severe dyspareunia in the male partner; and 5. missing data from the core of the medical record.
