Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Applicants should meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 version of the "Chinese Pain Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation" by CT or MRI, and undergo spinal endoscopic lumbar disc herniation nucleus pulposus extraction for the first time; 3. Tampa scale of kinesiophobia (TSK) >37 points; 4. The postoperative vital signs are stable and the consciousness is clear.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other multiple fractures, tumors, tuberculosis and other diseases; 2. Coexisting with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. Suffering from mental illness and severe cognitive impairment; 4. Postoperative venous thrombosis, incision infection in the surgical area, cerebrospinal fluid leakage and other serious complications.
