Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are assessed as grade 0 according to the Wanger Diabetic Foot Classification; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Conscious and able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of others; 4. Know the diagnosis, informed and agreed to enter this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a combination of serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases; 2. Those with previous history of mental illness; 3. Those who are also participating in other studies; 4. Those with severe degree of disease that prevents them from cooperating in the measurement of debility; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Patients with combined malignant tumors.
