Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 18 years and 5cm; (2) 2 or 3 tumors, at least 1>3cm; (3) more than 3 tumors of any size; (4) exclude any serious vascular invasion. 3 Postoperative pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma based on the relevant definitions of the Guidelines for Standardized Pathological Diagnosis of Primary Liver Cancer; 4 Those who achieve radical (R0) resection intraoperatively; 5 No extrahepatic metastasis; 6 No extrahepatic metastasis; ? No history of other malignant tumors; 7 Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh class A. ? Serum total bilirubin; 8 Serum total bilirubin <= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic oxal transaminase <= 2 times the upper limit of normal value; 9 General conditions suitable for general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Tumors that are not conducive to major hepatic resection (e.g., biliary lobe tumors, cancerous embolus in the main portal vein and/or insufficient remaining liver volume) 2 Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who meet the Milan criteria; 3 Tumors requiring combined hepatic resection and thermal ablation; 4 History of organ transplantation or hepatic encephalopathy; 5 Any evidence of residual, recurrent, or metastatic disease of the tumor; 6 Patients awaiting liver transplantation; 7 Pleural fluid, ascites, pericardial effusion with clinical symptoms requiring drainage; 8 The surgical procedure is non-radical hepatic cancer resection; 9 Bleeding events from esophageal or fundic varices due to portal hypertension within the previous 6 months; known presence of severe (G3) varices on endoscopy within 3 months prior to randomization; evidence of portal hypertension (including splenomegaly on imaging), and high risk of bleeding as assessed by the investigator 10 Any life-threatening bleeding event within the previous 3 months, including the need for transfusion therapy, surgical or localized treatment, and ongoing medications 11 Presence of active hemoptysis (at least 2.5 ml or 1/2 teaspoon of fresh blood at one time) within the previous 3 months; 12 A history of arterial or venous thromboembolic events within the previous 6 months, including myocardial infarction, unstable angina, cerebrovascular accident or transient ischemic attack, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, or any other serious thromboembolic condition. Implantable IV port or catheter-derived thrombosis, or superficial venous thrombosis, except for thrombus stabilization after conventional anticoagulation therapy. Prophylactic use of small doses of low molecular heparin (e.g. enoxaparin 40 mg/day) is allowed 13 Severe bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder, or undergoing thrombolytic therapy. 14 Acute or chronic active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection, hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA >2000IU/ml or 104 copies/ml; hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA >103 copies/ml; hepatitis B surface antigen (HbsAg) and anti-HCV antibody are positive at the same time.
