20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20-60 years,Received regular rehabilitation therapy for at least 1 year ; 2.Spastic hemiplegia following central neurologic injury with FMA score 20-50 points; 3.Central neurologic injury limited to the hemisphere contralateral to the paralyzed hand as indicated by brain MRI scans.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of deformity or severe stiffness of upper limb joints; 2.Evidence of progressing brain injury; 3.Systemic diseases precluding the ability to tolerate surgery; 4.History of other peripheral nerve surgeries.
