Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who require liver tissue resection or liver transplantation surgery due to liver disease, and whose surgical procedures involve the process of portal vein occlusion and subsequent reopening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with large vessel disease; 2.Patients with a history of acute stroke (including cerebral infarction, cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage); 3.Patients with infarction in critical locations (left angular gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, anterior and dorsomedial thalamus, left internal capsule genu, caudate nucleus); 4.Patients with atrial fibrillation, severe arrhythmia, mural thrombus in the heart, or other conditions that pose a risk of embolism; 5.Patients with organ dysfunction such as heart or kidney insufficiency; 6.Patients with a history of cognitive dysfunction caused by malignancies in organs other than the liver, Parkinson's disease, dementia, central nervous system infections, hydrocephalus, etc.
