Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 60-80 years old (40-80 years old for acute cerebrovascular disease group); 2.Capable of cooperating with the examination and willing to participate in the research; 3.Subject or family member signs informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are unable to understand and cannot cooperate with the completion of information collection due to mental illness, cognitive impairment, emotional impairment, audio-visual impairment and other factors; 2.Serious internal medicine system diseases (such as heart, respiratory dysfunction); 3.Merge severely affects motor function disorders and individuals who are unable to walk independently; 4.Inability to obtain informed consent signed by the subject or family members;
